Its been nothing short of brilliant, stupendous, adventurous, partying, surprises and love from my frens and love ones for my 23rd birthday this year. Everything started on the 31st of October, at MOS where i held a table for my army frens Balo, Hongxu, Jason Sum, good fren Richard, my iShop colleagues Mike, Jane, James, Max, Graeme, my poly frens ghim Khoon, Adeline, Ronald and of course the most VVIP of all, my dear dear, Xinyi. First of all, i would like to thank Mike because without him, i wouldn't have been able to shift from a table at Pure to a table at the VIP lounge in the Main Arena. He also opened a bottle for me which for a colleague i know for just 2 over months, is really very touching and very brotherly love, thanks bro! Seriously, i'll kiss you if i could, haha! We had lots of drinks that night, there were 2 bottles of Vodka, 1 bottle of Champagne, 12 shots of sex on the beach, 1 bottle of Malibu but the important thing is, within a hour, something happened!
Ah Sum forced down 3 cups of vodka neat on me, half a vodka redbull, 1 sex on the beach shot, a little bit of red wine and a waterfall blaster from Mike and i was going bonkers! I kept sipping down on the Malibu pineapple also which i think ultimately, killed me! haha, i had no dance at all, all i did was drink and i was drunk barely 30 mins after midnight.. haha, but i must thank Ghimz and Ronald who looked after me, the stranger who helped feed me lime slices and carried me out by himself, he's a saver man, god bless him! And thanks to my poly frens, i have a Cristiano Ronaldo Biography book! I was drunk, and had a bad hangover the next day but i'm still glad i had that party, it was mad happenning, and looking by the pics i have, everyone had fun, even my gf, which made me feel great to see everyone had fun. i retired back at her home that day, she helped me up herself!
On the 1st of November, my dearest Xinyi gave me her presents, a card she made, cut, designed by herself with a little $380 voucher which she also made, designed and authorised included inside, i cried, yes, i'm a crybaby but who wouldn't, it was so sweet that i suspected ants were crawling towards the card and voucher! It was lovely, very lovely, she brought me out for a shopping trip to use the voucher she made and we ended up buying a white shirt and card holder from Muji, a cardigan jacket from Giordano concepts and i made her but some lovely shoes she was looking for, it was great shopping with her! It was so so so much fun! I love shopping with her, every single minute of it! But that wasn't the end, she brought me to Chijmes where we ate at Carnivore, a brazilian churruscaria restaurant where its a buffet, u sit down, take a plate and fill it with side dishes and wait for the chunks of beef, chicken, lamb, fish, ham to be served! But my favourite which i beg all of you to try, its the chicken heart, i think i ate close to 20, Xinyi can vouch for that, honest! And after the hearty meal, you must must die die try the warm grilled pineapple which justs melts in your mouth and letting the warm juice flow down your throat, wah, madness man! haha! Xinyi then gave me a 2nd gift, self made dolls of me and her and a little self made cupcake! All HAND-SEWN!
Goodness! She's fantastic! She justs never fails to amaze me every single year, i love her, i really seriously do. God bless her.... Her mum gave me an hogbao also which i have never received from any gf's parents before, which i felt so touched, not because of the money, but because the mother recognises me and to my thinking, i think she dotes on me alot also, she is always lending me her car and now this hongbao, i really think she's wonderful and i thank god for meeting Xinyi and her loving family... Honestly, i wish i can strike 4D or the ToTo or the Big Sweep because i want to marry Xinyi, this wonderful girl who never fails to amaze me, surprise me, love me, care for me, is patient with me, can cook, bake, wash, sew, design, has same ideas for businesses and most importantly, a beautiful who doesn't mind being with a normal guy like me. I'm glad i decided to change for her n not be so possessive anymore, i'm still working hard at being the perfect bf and i promise you dear, i will...
The most touching statement she wrote on the card... " If i every had to choose again, i would still choose to be with you", and this is despite all our arguments and quarrels we had... I have nothing to say, if i dun get to marry this girl, it really justs means i dun have the luck because i am certain that she is the one i'm aiming for and thats a fact and facts, leave no room for possibilities....
We decided to go shopping and kia kia today! And my darling brought me to a brilliant place to eat great japanese food! Ichiban Boshi! Must try the vanilla ice cream and red beans and dumplings dessert!
We won a $500 spa voucher from The Wedding Planner contest and we went to enjoy it yesterday! It was great, we started out with a jaccuzi bath together, then a aromatic back massage before ending with a oxy facial! A great way to relax! Thanks to the people at Aivonda Spa!
